The Chalets The layout of accommodation is similar to the apartments, and all beds are 4' double. Nos. 1,3 & 5 are for non-smokers only. |

PETS We allow well-behaved pets in Chalets 1 & 6. PARKING We have our own private car park with space for one car per unit. SERVICES Full gas fired central heating is included and is set to suit climatic conditions. Hot water, gas and electricity is also included in the tariff. EXTRA EQUIPMENT A microwave and/or video may be available on request. There is a small charge for this, please ask for rates. TELEPHONE A coin operated phone is located by the lobby in the house. LINEN Bed linen, bath mat and tea-towel are provided. Beds are made-up for your arrival and include a top sheet and duvet. Linen is changed weekly. Towels are available at £2.50 p.p./week (bath sheet and hand towel). There are 2 pillows p.p. and a spare blanket. LEISURE CLUB FACILITIES Free use of the Langdale Country Club, a few miles from Ambleside, is offered to guests during their stay at Eden Vale. We have a limited number of passes, therefore we can only give them out on a daily basis, and require a £20 refundable deposit. LAUNDRY/DRYING Ironing and drying facilities available upon request. There is a Launderette/Dry cleaners less than a minute away. CHILDREN A fold-away bed is available, upon request, for children over the age of 5 yrs. Please ask for rates. PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival. Payment can be made by Credit Card/cheque/cash. Please make cheques payable to 'Eden Vale'. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Accommodation is available from 3pm. Please let us know of your approximate time of arrival, to ensure that someone is available to greet you, especially if not arriving on a usual arrival day. |
