they are all self-contained, and designed to accommodate 2 people.
A foldaway single bed is available in some units. All, (except Apt.
2), comprise a studio-style lounge, with pull-down bed, fitted carpet,
colour t.v., easy chairs, dining table etc; a separate kitchen
area, with a fridge and gas cooker; and a shower-room with w.c.,
wash-basin and razor point. The 'Wentel' spring interior bed easily
folds up against the wall during the day, to give extra space.

A large bay window overlooks the front of the house, facing East
and enjoys the morning sunlight. This unit has twin beds. Non-smokers

Apartment 2

Offers a quiet westerly outlook over the rear of the house towards
the church and Loughrigg Fell. Having been recently refurbished,
there is an open-plan kitchen and lounge/dining area; a
separate double bedroom with 4' 6" bed, and a shower room,
with w.c., wash-basin and razor point. The kitchen has an electric
cooker, fridge and microwave and there is a radio/alarm in the
bedroom. There is fitted carpet throughout. Non-smokers only.
Ground Floor Flat

at ground floor level adjacent to car park the Garden Flat accommodates
2 - 4 people. Offering a westerly outlook towards the Fairfield
and Loughrigg fells, with the benefit of a private patio area,
the accommodation comprises an open-plan lounge/dining area/kitchen
(with electric cooker, fridge and microwave). There are 2 steps
up to a messanine floor with a double bedroom; walk in wardrobe;
a separate bathroom with w.c., wash-basin and razor point. Upstairs
comprises 2 single bedrooms. Non-smokers only unit.

Apartment 3

Also offers a quiet westerly outlook over the rear of the
house, with views towards Loughrigg Fell. There are steps within
the apartment down to the kitchen and shower-room. The dining
table and chairs are in the kitchen. The bed is a 4' 6" double.

Overlooking the front of the house, has a large bay window. The
bed is a 4' 6" double. Non-smokers only.
Apartment 5

Slightly smaller than the other apartments, has the benefit of
outlooks over the front of the house from the main room, and westerly
views towards the fells from the kitchen. The bed is a 4' double.
